Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
- New subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- Renewals: full refund within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not used the service since renewing.
Request a refund by replying to your Paddle receipt or writing to bursts.mansard-0v@icloud.com. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
